About these terms

These terms govern private transfer and day-trip services provided by Velora Shuttle, IČ 03075303 ("Velora Shuttle", "we", "us"). By confirming a booking you agree to them.

Bookings and quotes

Every quote is a fixed price for the vehicle and route described. A booking is confirmed once you have accepted the quote and we have confirmed availability. Please make sure pickup details, timings and passenger numbers are correct — we rely on the information you give us.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in euros and include fuel, tolls, road taxes and parking unless stated otherwise. The website sends a booking request; payment instructions or driver payment are agreed after we confirm availability. A VAT invoice is available on request. Optional extras — additional stops, waiting time, return legs — are agreed and priced before travel.

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the pickup time are refunded in full.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before pickup are refunded at 50%.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup are not refundable, although we will always try to find a workable solution.

If we have to cancel a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup time and place, for carrying valid travel documents, and for the conduct of everyone in your party. Our vehicles are non-smoking. Seat belts must be worn at all times.

Our service and liability

We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. Insurance and operator details will be confirmed in the final launch version of these terms. We are not liable for losses outside our reasonable control, including missed onward connections caused by traffic, weather or events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, strikes or government action. Where such an event prevents a transfer, we will offer a rescheduled trip or a refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Prague.
