Booking
Do you cover routes I don’t see listed?
Yes, anywhere in Central Europe and beyond. Croatia, Poland, Hungary, southern Germany, the Alps — all routine for us. Send us your route on WhatsApp and you’ll have a quote within an hour.
Can you plan a multi-stop or custom itinerary?
Yes — multi-stop routes, sightseeing detours and full custom itineraries are some of our favourite bookings. Message us on WhatsApp with what you have in mind and we’ll send a fixed quote within an hour.
Can you take groups of five or more?
Our two vehicles each seat up to 4 passengers. For larger groups we can run both cars together, or refer you to a trusted partner with a larger minivan — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out.
Payment
What’s included in the price?
Fuel, tolls, road taxes, parking at destination, free Wi-Fi, bottled water, child seats on request, and 60 minutes of waiting time at the airport. No hidden fees.
How does payment work?
Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via Stripe. You can pay 100% online or 50% deposit + 50% cash to the driver. Invoice with VAT (DPH) available on request for business travelers.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free up to 24 hours before pickup. 50% refund up to 12 hours before. No refund inside 12 hours, but we’ll usually still make it work — message us, we’re flexible.
On the road
Can the driver wait or take detours?
Absolutely. Sightseeing stops (Český Krumlov, Hallstatt, Karlovy Vary) are €40–100 extra. Extra waiting is €25/hour. Custom multi-stop trips are quoted on request — just message us on WhatsApp.
How much luggage can I bring?
The Premium Sedan takes 3 large suitcases for up to 3 passengers; the Premium SUV takes 4 large bags for up to 4 passengers, with room for a little more. Travelling with skis or oversized items? Tell us when you book and we’ll send the right vehicle.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — infant, toddler and booster seats are available free of charge. Just tell us the number and ages of children when you book so the driver brings the right seats.
Can I bring a pet?
Small pets in a carrier are usually fine, and larger dogs can often be accommodated in the SUV. Let us know when booking so we can confirm and prepare the vehicle.
Can we smoke in the car?
Our vehicles are non-smoking, which keeps them fresh for every traveller. Your driver is happy to stop whenever you’d like a break.
Do we need passports to cross the border?
Most of our routes stay within the Schengen Area, so there are no routine passport checks — but you should always carry a valid passport or national ID card, as occasional spot checks do happen.
How long will the driver wait at the airport?
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time, and we track your flight, so an early or delayed arrival is no problem. Extra waiting beyond that is €25 per hour.

What languages do your drivers speak?
All our drivers speak English, Czech is a given, and German is common too. If you need a specific language, tell us when booking and we’ll do our best to match you.
What if I leave something in the car?
Message us as soon as you notice. We hold lost items safely and will arrange to get them back to you — couriered locally or held for collection, whatever works.
