What cookies are

Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights are loaded only if you opt in to analytics, and neither sets a browser cookie. Google Analytics loads once you opt in to analytics or marketing, but sets its analytics cookies (see above) only with analytics consent. Your marketing consent controls Google's advertising signals (ad storage, ad user data, ad personalisation): with it, Google may store and use data about the ad click that brought you here — including the _gcl_* cookies listed above — so Google Ads can measure which ads lead to bookings and personalise advertising; without it these signals stay denied. With marketing consent alone, Google Analytics runs without analytics cookies and page visits reach Google only as cookieless pings used for this conversion measurement. Details on how Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Microsoft Clarity loads only with analytics consent and may set the first-party cookies listed above; its advertising storage is always denied in our setup. With analytics consent we also keep a short-lived note in your browser (session storage) of the page you arrived on, the referring site and any campaign tags; it is saved with your request only if you submit a booking or contact form.
Managing your consent
On your first visit a banner lets you accept all cookies, decline non-essential ones, or choose categories individually. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the site footer. Necessary cookies cannot be switched off, as the site cannot function without them. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
